NINE

Privacy Policy

Effective 13 October 2026. This policy covers the app Nine: Sudoku, published by Aquilops LLC.

The short version

Nine collects no data. We don't run servers that receive anything from the app, we don't use analytics, advertising or tracking, and we never see your boards, your times or who you are.

What stays on your device

Your boards, solve history, statistics and preferences are stored on your device.

iCloud

If you're signed into iCloud, Nine syncs your boards and preferences through your own private iCloud storage so they appear on your other devices. That data lives in your iCloud account, is governed by Apple's privacy policy, and is not accessible to us.

Game Center

If you're signed into Game Center, Nine submits scores and achievements to Apple's Game Center so they appear on leaderboards. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; your Game Center nickname and scores may be visible to other players as Game Center describes. Nine works fully without it.

Children

Nine collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this ever changes, we'll update this page and its effective date before the app does anything different.
